- Offers: $5K, $10K, $17K
This Client was involved in a car accident where he was a passenger and incurred a fracture to his foot and a related knee injury. Attorney Michael D. Facchini demanded the full policy amount from the insurance company, due to the significant injuries of the client and no issue of liability for who caused the accident. The insurance company refused to offer the full policy, instead offering low and unfair settlement amounts. FACCHINI LAW FIRM responded by sending an Unfair and Deceptive Insurance business practice Demand letter pursuant to G.L. c. 93A/176D. The insurance company responded by offering $17K, which Attorney Michael D. Facchini immediately rejected on behalf of his Client. FACCHINI LAW FIRM then drafted the lawsuit paperwork and provided it to the insurance company before filing, with the promise that it would be filed if it did not extend the full $20K policy. Shortly thereafter, Attorney Michael D. Facchini received the full $20K policy for his client.
